About Founder

Dr. Jyoti Gupta

The very essence of leadership is that you have a vision. Dr.Jyoti Gupta, with a vision of “Inspiring career exploration and unlocking potential for a fulfilling future” is the founder and managing director of The GIST. She is a known name in the field of education with an experience of over more than two decades. She has done an MBA in Management and got a Ph.D. (Honorary in education management) from the University of Florida (USA). She is an International IELTS trainer with TEFL (teaching English as a foreign language) or TESOL accreditation. She is a woman who believes in transforming dreams into reality by stating clear goals, outlining a strategic plan for achieving those goals as well as equipping and empowering each member to take action on the plan at the organizational, team, and individual levels.

Her vision is to provide a roadmap to the students by helping them to make informed choices about their education and careers. She is a hard-core believer that children should get the right guidance to choose the best career path to attain job satisfaction, financial stability, and personal growth. By identifying interests, skills, values, personality, and clarity of goals along with researching career options, individuals can make an informed decision about their career path.
